Hi! My name is Sarah and I’m the owner of Gem City Holistic Wellness as well as a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience. I’m also a single parent to 2 teenagers! They are awesome kids and I’m so lucky. Working as a nurse over the last 15 years, but especially in the last 4-5… I’ve learned the importance of taking care of yourself so you can show up as the best version of you for the people in your life. I’m passionate about holistic self-care because true wellness comes from intentional care of the mind, body, and soul. I also believe in the power of collaboration — you never know who you’ll meet and how they’ll impact your life! All the amazing people at Gem City have come into my life in many different ways… but we all have the same passion for helping others achieve their goals in healthy ways. When I’m not obsessing over making this space super special…you can find me at the the gym, the theatre seeing a musical/play (see below) or movies with my kiddos… traveling to new places and discovering new things… and soaking in different cultures (and food!) is the best!
